PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 9am AEST are deemed as received the following business day. We normally ship late afternoon, shipping time is calculated from the next day (Example: 1-2 days delivery item is shipped Monday afternoon, delivery should be Tuesday or Wednesday - number of days is calculated from the first day after shipping). Delivery information is based on carrier's transit times which are estimated only and not guaranteed and non refundable. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed during the weekend are deemed to have been received Monday. We strongly suggest taking the express shipping options where possible, they are always more reliable.
Christmas / New Year Holiday Closure 2024/2025
We will close for the Christmas/New Year Holiday period at midday Friday 20th December 2024 and reopen on Monday 13th January 2025 with production commencing that day.
Our last shipping will be on Friday 20th December 2024.
Pick ups will be available on Monday 23rd December 2024.
Emails will be monitored occasionally during the break and we'll reply as soon as we can. Please include a phone number in case. Orders placed during the break will be shipped as soon as possible after we reopen - we expect some delays.
Orders required early January 2025 should be placed before we close for the break.
